Have a strong promotional offer on your homepage
When potential customers visit your website make sure you have the best possible chance of converting them into a paying customer or a sales lead to be followed up.
» Provide an incentive for your website visitors to give you their details. This could be something as simple as a discount coupon for the next product or service they purchase on your site.
» Create a form to collect your customer enquiry leads and place it on the right hand side of your homepage.

Remember – If you generate leads or inquiries from customers visiting your website, you need to respond to them
as quickly as possible. It is very likely that a potential new customer, who has filled out a form on your website and
provided you with a lead, is going to do the same thing on your competitors’ site only a few seconds later!
